Elaine Guan
Outreach Volunteer
Elaine Guan is a Psychology Specialist student at the University of Toronto. She is most looking forward to learning from the CFPI’s therapists and supporting initiatives that make mental health care more accessible and meaningful. She has experience in child-focused research, including projects on memory, language, and learning processes across different developmental labs at UofT. Elaine has volunteered with childcare services and non-profits providing mental health assistance to grieving children. She hopes to pursue graduate studies in child psychology, with the ultimate goal of becoming a child psychologist who creates accessible and inclusive mental health support for youth. Outside of her studies, Elaine enjoys singing, cooking, baking, and is currently learning how to play the guitar.
