Ingrid is our dedicated Clinic Operations Support volunteer whose work bridges psychological interest with structured operational support. Alongside assisting with administrative organization and documentation workflows, she supports the clinic by compiling and maintaining outreach and contact lists and conducting background research to inform internal initiatives. Ingrid has a strong academic and personal interest in psychology, particularly in understanding human behaviour, trauma, and therapeutic processes, which informs her thoughtful and trauma-informed approach to her role. She is detail-oriented, highly organized, and reliable, with strong written communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
