Natalie Kwok
Community Outreach Assistant
Natalie is a Community Outreach Assistant with the Centre for Psychodynamic Insights who is deeply committed to the value of psychotherapy and its role in bringing insight, healing, awareness, and personal growth. She was drawn to CFPI’s evidence- and insight-based approach to therapy, as well as the clinic’s compassionate, exploratory model of care and strong interdisciplinary team. Natalie is particularly eager to learn more about the mental-health field and to contribute in meaningful ways, with a strong interest in supporting women and immigrant communities.
Natalie holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and has long been fascinated by human behaviour and psychotherapy. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she worked with AccessAbility Services at UofT and has since gained experience in social enterprises and corporate social responsibility roles, reinforcing her commitment to community-centred and equity-focused work. She will begin a Graduate Certificate in Counselling with Monash University in March 2026, with the goal of transitioning into a Master’s program in Clinical Psychology or Psychotherapy.
Outside of her academic and volunteer pursuits, Natalie enjoys travelling, hiking, scuba-diving, reading Victorian novels, and spending time outdoors with her dogs.
