Nikki is the Associate Director of Assessments and is dedicated to providing thoughtful, client-centred assessment services. She is currently pursuing her second Master's degree at Adler Graduate Professional School. She also holds a Master of Science from Bangor University in Wales, UK, and completed her undergraduate degree in Mental Health Studies at the University of Toronto. Nikki is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients of all ages feel comfortable, respected, and understood. She recognizes that every individual has unique strengths, experiences, and needs, and adapts her approach accordingly while maintaining the standardized procedures required for accurate and reliable assessments. Her goal is to make the assessment process engaging, approachable, and as comfortable as possible. Nikki values the importance of mental wellness in both her professional and personal life. She believes that meaningful assessments begin with trust, empathy, and genuine human connection. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, playing board games, spending time with family and friends, and recharging with long walks by the water or hiking in nature.
